Your data is securely stored using systems including Google Forms and Google Drive. We take appropraite technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including password protection and restricted access.

Data Retention

We retain client records, including PAR-Q/registration forms for up to 9 years after your last class for insurance and legal purposes. After this period your data is securely deleted.
