Class Information
Swan Pilates – Matwork Pilates Beginners/Improvers:
This mixed-ability class is perfect for those new to Pilates and those looking to refine their technique. Focusing on core strength, flexibility and posture, we’ll work through controlled movements to build a strong, balanced body. Modifications are provided to suit different levels, making it ideal for beginners and those with some experience. Not suitable for advanced practitioners.
Swan Dance – Beginners Barre & Ballet:
This class is ideal for those who are new to ballet. You’ll be guided through the basics of ballet technique, focusing on posture, flexibility and strength. Step by step, you’ll build a strong foundation and develop a deeper understanding of ballet movement.
Swan Dance – Back to Ballet:
Haven’t danced in years but miss the joy of ballet? This class is perfect for those with previous ballet experience. We’ll ease back into technique with a focus on posture, strength, and grace, using barre and centre exercises to rebuild confidence and rediscover the love of movement. Not suitable for complete beginners —see Beginners Barre & Ballet class if you’re new to ballet.
1:1 Ballet or Pilates Sessions:
If you can’t make it to a class or prefer a more personal approach, 1:1 Sessions offer the perfect solution. Whether you’re looking for individual ballet or Pilates instruction, these sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Perfect for those who want to perfect technique, focus on areas for improvement or prefer a more private setting. Sessions can be booked as a one-off or for ongoing support to build strength, flexibility and confidence in your movement.
